These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Kuningtoto ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "kuningtoto"). They govern your registration, access, and use of all products, services, and content available through the Kuningtoto platform, accessible at kuningtoto.cam and any associated applications or sub-domains.

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the Kuningtoto platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you fully understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and close your account.

Kuningtoto reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Where amendments are material, Kuningtoto will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the contact details held on their account.

In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

To register and maintain an Account with Kuningtoto, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period in which your Account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Kuningtoto operates a strict 21+ minimum age policy for all gambling activities. This is non-negotiable and strictly enforced.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, and are not accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Territory.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or agent of Kuningtoto, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You do not already hold another Account with Kuningtoto. Only one Account per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method is permitted.
• You are not under self-exclusion, whether imposed by Kuningtoto or requested by you, at the time of registration.

Kuningtoto reserves the right to carry out identity and age verification checks at any time, including before processing withdrawals, in accordance with our KYC procedures. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

To register an Account, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. You are required to provide:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document
• A valid and active email address to which you have sole access
• Your date of birth
• Your current residential address, including city (e.g., Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam)
• A unique username and secure password
• A valid mobile phone number registered in your name

You warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and not misleading. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information and must update it promptly if your details change.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. Kuningtoto will never ask you for your password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted under your Account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect your Account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.

By using the Kuningtoto platform, you agree to the following general terms of use, which apply in addition to all other provisions of these Terms:

• You will use the Platform solely for personal, recreational gaming purposes. Commercial use, resale, or systematic data extraction is prohibited.
• You will not use the Platform in any manner that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or that infringes the rights of any third party.
• You will not attempt to circumvent any security, access control, or verification mechanism on the Platform.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk, and you accept that risk voluntarily. Kuningtoto makes no guarantee of winning outcomes.
• You will not attempt to place wagers using funds that are the proceeds of crime, and you warrant that all deposits made to your Account are from legitimate sources.
• You will not access or attempt to access Accounts belonging to other users.
• You acknowledge that the Platform's random number generation (RNG) systems are independently tested and certified. Results are final once confirmed by the Platform's servers.

All financial transactions on the Kuningtoto platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

6.1 Deposits

Kuningtoto supports deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow QR, FPX online banking, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20 and Bitcoin). Minimum deposit thresholds and processing times vary by method, as set out in our payment information pages.

You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. Kuningtoto reserves the right to return deposits and suspend Accounts where the source of funds cannot be verified.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to applicable limits. Before any withdrawal is processed, your Account must have passed KYC verification. Kuningtoto reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds.

Indicative processing times: e-wallet withdrawals typically within 10–30 minutes; bank transfers within 1–3 business days; cryptocurrency withdrawals subject to network confirmation times. These are estimates and not guarantees.

Kuningtoto offers a range of bonuses and promotional programmes, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered users only. Eligibility criteria are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the promotion terms.
• Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games may contribute at a lower rate than slots. Contribution rates are set out in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash outside of the stated withdrawal process upon completion of wagering requirements.
• Kuningtoto reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with notice where practicable.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activities conducted on the Kuningtoto platform:

8.1 General Gaming Rules

• All game results are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or by live game outcomes, as applicable. Results are final once confirmed by the Platform server.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per bet type. These are displayed within each game interface. Kuningtoto reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• Kuningtoto is not responsible for game malfunction resulting from network instability on the user's side. Where a game malfunctions on our side, the relevant hand, spin, or round will be voided.

8.2 Sports Betting Rules

• All sports bets are subject to the rules of the individual sport and the specific market in which the bet is placed. Rules are published within the sportsbook interface.
• Bets on Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, UFC, and all other covered competitions are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body.
• In-play bets are accepted in real time. Kuningtoto reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time without prior notice.
• Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds confirmed at the time your bet is accepted are the odds that apply to the settlement of that bet.
• Obvious pricing errors will be corrected and bets placed at erroneous odds may be voided at Kuningtoto's discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Kuningtoto platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the sportsbook
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process the proceeds of unlawful activity
• Fraudulent chargeback requests through your payment provider
• Creating multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different identities
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC processes
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory using VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention method
• Depositing funds on behalf of another person or accepting deposits from third parties into your Account

All content on the Kuningtoto platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, graphics, software, text, game interfaces, and underlying code, is the exclusive intellectual property of Kuningtoto or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from Kuningtoto.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kuningtoto excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform
• Any interruption, delay, or error in Platform availability, including scheduled or unscheduled maintenance
• Any loss of funds arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials
• Any gambling losses incurred during your use of the Platform, which are an inherent risk of gambling activity

Kuningtoto's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your Account in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Kuningtoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct
• Failure to meet ongoing eligibility requirements
• At your own request, for any reason
• Where required by applicable law, regulation, or court order

Upon Account closure, any real-money Balance (net of Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via a payment method acceptable to Kuningtoto, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and confirmation that no prohibited activity is under investigation. Bonus Funds and associated winnings accrued in breach of these Terms are subject to forfeiture.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

Kuningtoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately and can only be lowered without a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions. You will be notified when your session limit is reached.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds to manage your gaming budget across all product types.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During exclusion, your Account will be locked and you will be unable to register a new Account.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic in-session notifications reminding you of how long you have been playing.

All responsible gambling tools are accessible via your Account settings. If you believe you may have a problem with gambling, we strongly encourage you to use these tools and to seek support. Kuningtoto is not responsible for the external content of any support organisations but may direct users to publicly available helpline information where appropriate.

Kuningtoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where amendments are material — including changes to fees, withdrawal processes, or eligibility criteria — Kuningtoto will endeavour to notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the terms of the Platform's operating licence.

In the event of a dispute, you are encouraged to contact Kuningtoto's customer support team in the first instance. We aim to resolve all complaints within 10 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it may be referred to a mutually agreed independent dispute resolution body.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction.
